Revenue Information The Revenue Estimating Conference typically meets in early November and May to adopt the official estimates of the general revenue receipts. The Governor and General Assembly use these estimated receipts when developing the State budget. If a change in statute would likely impact general revenue receipts, the Governor or the General Assembly can modify the Revenue Estimating Conference adopted estimates by the incremental change to be produced by the statute.
