Treasurer Diossa Announces 2023 Young Leader Award Nominations Open

Today, Rhode Island General Treasurer James A. Diossa announced that nominations for the 2023 Rhode Island General Treasurer’s Young Leader Award are open.

“I am inspired each and every day by the ambition of students from across Rhode Island,” said Treasurer Diossa. “These are the business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors of tomorrow who will no doubt go on to accomplish amazing things. These students’ drive and commitment deserve to be celebrated, which is why I am pleased to announce that nominations for 2023 Rhode Island General Treasurer’s Young Leader Award are now open.”

This award recognizes students who have demonstrated an interest in entrepreneurship and developing the skills necessary to achieve their goals. Supporting a student’s entrepreneurial spirit is essential to creating economic opportunity in our state. 

Nominations are due by Wednesday, April 26 and may be submitted here.
